Malt-o-meal Cap'N Crunch Knock-off
half a pop-tart

Lunch:
Stuffed Chicken Breast
Craisins
chips and salsa

Dinner:
Santa Fe Chipotle soup with
corn chips
cheddar cheese
sour cream

Evening Snack:
bowl of Golden Puffs cereal
